According to data released by relevant authorities, in the second quarter of 2025, the average price of small-pitch LED display screens in mainland China historically fell below the RMB 10,000 mark, dropping to 9,800 RMB per square meter—a decrease of 8.1% from the previous quarter. At the same time, the market is showing a trend of "volume and value diverging": In the first half of 2025, sales volume declined by 16% year-on-year to RMB 5.6 billion, yet shipment area increased slightly by 4.5% to 550,000 square meters. These figures reveal that the industry is deeply trapped in the dilemma of "trading price for volume," prompting profound reflection within the industry about the sustainability of this development model.
